This error shows the message: "Same account launched game from different device."

What causes this error?

  • ⚠️ You left Roblox open on your phone/tablet while playing on PC
  • ⚠️ A family member logged into your account on another device
  • 🚨 Someone hacked your account and is currently playing on it

First determine if it was you, then secure your account:

Think carefully:

  • Did you leave Roblox open on your phone, tablet, or another computer?
  • Did a sibling or family member log into your account?
  • Did you share your password with a friend?

If yes → This is normal. Roblox only allows one active game session per account. Close the other session and you're fine.

If no → You may be hacked. Go to Step 2 immediately.
